Guarantee Levels

 • 6+ months enrolled (on an eligible monthly or one-time fee plan): 100% money-back guarantee.

 • 3–6 months enrolled: 50% money-back guarantee.

Score Promise Terms

To be eligible for a refund under the Score Promise, the student must:

Complete all assigned lessons, practice tests, and homework within the timelines set by the program.

Achieve their agreed-upon target score at least three times on AptivPrep’s internal practice exams before attempting an official SAT or ACT.

Sit for a minimum of three official SAT or ACT exams during the enrollment period.

If these conditions are met and the student does not achieve the agreed Target Score on an official test, AptivPrep™ will issue a refund according to the guarantee level above.
